We collect the information you give us when you create an account (name, email, phone), request service (vehicle, location, issue description), and pay (handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor). We do not store full card numbers.
To match you with mechanics, dispatch service, process payments, communicate about your jobs, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.
We share necessary details (name, location, vehicle, issue) with the mechanic assigned to your job. We never sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers (payments, hosting, email) under confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.
We use your address and approximate coordinates to determine service-area eligibility and dispatch the closest mechanic. You can decline at any time, but service cannot be provided without a location.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by emailing roadsidem247@gmail.com.
The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
