A flat dispatch fee is charged when you book — it covers the mechanic's travel and on-site diagnosis. Any parts or labor for the actual repair are quoted by the mechanic before they begin. Taxes and a 3.5% processing fee are added at checkout. Cancel before the mechanic is en route and the fee is refunded automatically.
